Procedure

To a solution of the compound (70 mg) obtained in Example 46 in methanol (2.0 mL) was added 2 N aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (0.080 mL), followed by stirring at room temperature for three days. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, the residue was mixed with ethyl acetate (4 mL) and was stirred for one hour. Insoluble matter was collected by filtration, and dried to yield the titled compound (56 mg) as crystals.
