Reaction Steps
Following a procedure similar to that described in Preparation 16a, but using 3-cyanoandrosta-3,5-diene-17β-carboxylic acid [prepared as described in Example 1(b)] and 1-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-methylethylamine as starting materials, in relative proportions similar to those used in that Preparation, the title compound was obtained in a yield of 98%.
