112 mg (0.195 mmol) of diastereomer A of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-((S)-phenylalanyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine are reacted with 30 mg (0.801 mmol) of sodium borohydride in analogy to Example 2. The title compound ##STR53## is obtained as white foam. TLC: methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (700:50:1) Rf =0.21, FD-MS: M+ =478.
