PROCEDURE

实验过程

To 2-[[5-ethyl-3-[2'-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)biphenyl-4-yl]methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolin-2-yliden]aminocarbonyl]-1-cyclopentenecarboxylic acid (10 g) were added 0.1N potassium hydroxide in ethanol solution (400 ml) and ethanol (600 ml) to dissolve the former in the latter. The resulting solution was concentrated to about 200 ml in total. The crystals so precipitated were collected by filtration, washed with ethanol and then dried, whereby 11 g of the title compound was obtained.
