Reaction Steps
To a solution of the product of Step H (500 mg, 1.56 mmol) and triethylamine (0.240 mL, 1.72 mmol) in 10 mL of dichloromethane at 0° C. was added acetyl chloride (0.122 mL, 1.72 mmol). After 20 min, the solution was warmed to room temperature, then stirred another 2 hours. The reaction was poured into CH2Cl2, washed with 10% citric acid and brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered, and concentrated in vacuo to provide the titled product.
