The title compound was prepared from 3-dimethylaminophenol and 3-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-cyano-acrylic acid ethyl ester by a procedure similar to that described for Example 16 in 0.4% yield. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): 7.09 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 6.80 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 6.73-6.71 (m, 2H), 6.65 (d, J=2.1 Hz, 2H), 3.80 (s, 6H), 3.11 (s, 6H).
