Reaction Steps
Prepared from (2-nitro-4-phenylethynyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example F3) (403 mg, 1.19 mmol) by reduction with SnCl2.2H2O (1.34 g, 5.96 mmol) according to the general procedure G (method b). Obtained as an orange solid (237 mg).
