Reaction Steps
Prepared from {4-(4-fluoro-phenylethynyl)-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example K82) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure M. Obtained as a light yellow solid (53 mg).
