Reaction Steps

Following the general method as outlined in Example 1, starting from 6-(cyclohexyl-cyclopropylmethyl-amino)-pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid (Intermediate 13) and 4-amino-2-fluoro-benzoic acid methyl ester (Bepharm), the title compound was obtained as a white solid after purification by column chromatography (silica) eluting with cyclohexane containing increasing amounts of EtOAc.
