Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (R)-2-amino-3-(5-bromo-2-fluorophenyl)propan-1-ol (Chiral Quest) and rac-2-chloropropanoyl chloride, in analogy to the sequence of reactions described for the preparation of B-18 substituting 2-bromopyrimidine for 3-bromopyridazine hydrobromide. LC-MS A: tR=0.52 min; [M+H]+=288.25.
