A suspension of 1-[2-fluoro-4-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)phenyl]-3-(1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)furo[3,2-c]pyridazin-4(1H)-one (100 mg) and 10% palladium on carbon (100 mg) in ethanol/THF (3/1, 40 mL) was stirred at 50° C. for 12 hr under a hydrogen atmosphere. Palladium on carbon was removed by filtration, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/methanol) and crystallized from hexane/ethyl acetate to give the title compound (74 mg).
