A mixture of N-[1,1-dimethyl-2-oxo-2-(phenylamino)ethyl]-5-methoxy-4-oxo-1-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1,4-dihydropyridazine-3-carboxamide (142 mg), sodium acetate (74 mg) and acetic acid (1 mL) was irradiated with microwave at 120° C. for 2 hr. After cooling to room temperature, to the reaction mixture was added water, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, dried over sodium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/methanol) to give the title compound (37 mg).
