Benzoyl chloride (75 μl) was added to a solution of 5-methyl-N-[5-methyl-6-(1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)pyridin-3-yl]-1-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide (221 mg) in pyridine (2.5 ml), and stirred at 40° C. for six hours. Water was added to the reaction solution, the precipitated solid was washed with ethanol and water to give the titled compound (218 mg) as a white solid.
