Procedure

A mixture of ((1R,3S)-2,2-dimethyl-3-(1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)cyclobutyl)carbamate (438 mg, 1.14 mmol) and palladium on activated carbon (10% Pd, 50 mg) in MeOH (15 mL) was stirred at 25° C. under hydrogen atmosphere for 5 h. The reaction mixture was filtered through celite and the filtrate was concentrated to afford the crude title compound (340 mg, crude). MS (ESI) m/z 251.2[M+H]+.
