Prepared according to the procedure for 5-chloro-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)-N-[(1S,2S)-2-{[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]amino}cyclopentyl]benzamide (Example 97) from (1S,2S)-1-N-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]cyclopentane-1,2-diamine hydrochloride (Intermediate 1; 50 mg, 0.20 mmol) and 3,5-difluoro-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)benzoic acid (Intermediate 40a; 46 mg, 0.20 mmol) except this was purified by column chromatography (silica, 0-30% ethyl acetate/n-hexane) to afford the title compound.
