Reaction Steps
This compound was synthesized using the same procedure as [2-Methyl-1-(2-{5-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-phenyl]-1H-imidazol-2-yl}-pyrrolidine-1-carbonyl)-propyl]-carbamic acid methyl ester using 2-Aza-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylic acid 2-tert-butyl ester. LCMS-ESI+: calc'd for C26H36BN3O4: 465.28 (M+); Found: 466.41 (M+H+).
