To (S)-1-((S)-2-(5-(6-(4-(2-((S)-1-((S)-2-(benzyloxycarbonylamino)-2-(tetrahydro-2H-thiopyran-4-yl)acetyl)pyrrolidin-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-5-yl)phenyl)naphthalen-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-ylcarbamic acid methyl ester (46 mg, 0.05 mmol) in ACN (0.4 mL) was add 33% HBr in HOAc (0.1 mL) and reaction mixture was cooled to 0° C. and then stirred for 2 hours. After concentrated to afford title compound as white solid (33 mg, 85%). MS (ESI) m/z 790 [M+H]+.
