To (S)-1-((S)-2-(7-(5,6-bis(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)naphthalen-2-yl)-1H-naphtho[1,2-d]imidazol-2-yl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-ylcarbamic acid methyl ester (165 mg, 0.22 mmol) in dichloromethane (2.2 mL) was added TFA (0.5 mL) and the reaction mixture stirred for 2 hours. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to provide title compound as TFA salts.
