Reaction Steps
In a manner similar to Example 4(c), by reaction of 1.35 g (5.1 mmol) of α-fluoro-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-2-naphthylacetic acid with 920 mg (5.1 mmol) of allyl 4-aminobenzoate, 1.7 g (81%) of ester are obtained in the form of an oil.
