Procedure
2.13 g of 4-(5-methylthio-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-carbonyl)-piperidine and 2.4 g of 2-chloro-4-amino-6,7-dimethoxy-quinazoline in 50 cm3 of isoamyl alcohol are heated under reflux for 8 hours with stirring. After cooling and concentration, 3.9 g of product are isolated, which are purified by recrystallisation from ethanol.
