Conditions
- Temperature
- 4 °C
Procedure
0.05 ml of SO2Cl2 is added to a solution of 250 mg of 11-1 in 5 ml of chlorobenzene cooled down to approximately 4° C., the temperature is allowed to rise to 20° C. and a further 0.05 ml of SO2Cl2 is added. The reaction medium is then diluted in dichloromethane and washed, the organic phase is dried, and evaporation is carried out under reduced pressure until a dry extract is obtained which is purified by chromatography, eluting with a CH2Cl2/AcOEt mixture 85/15. 70 mg of expected product is obtained.
