A solution of the product of step b) (0.85 g) and triphenylphosphine (1.46 g) in tetrahydrofuran (5 ml) and water (1 ml) was stirred at ambient temperature under nitrogen for 64 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure azeotroping with toluene (2×50 ml) and purified by chromatography (SiO2; 97:2:1 ethyl acetate:methanol:ammonia) to afford the subtitle compound (0.67 g).
