The title compound was prepared from a mixture of 4-chloro-2-(3-pyridinyl)-6-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine (50 mg, 0.193 mmol) and 2,5-dimethylaniline (48 μl, 0.386 mmol) similar to Example 58 and isolated as a light tan solid (14 mg, 21%). 1H NMR (CDCl3): 9.70 (dd, J=0.8, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.74–8.70 (m, 1H), 8.67 (dd, J=1.8, 4.8 Hz, 1H), 7.75 (s, 1H), 7.43–7.38 (m, 1H), 7.24 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.19 (s, 1H), 7.10 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 6.56 (s, 1H), 2.38 (s, 3H), 2.26 (s, 3H).
