The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure for the synthesis of N-Aryl-benzenesulfonamides previously described using 138 mg of (2-Amino-4-bromo-phenyl)-phenyl-methanone and 103 mg of 4-Methoxy-benzenesulfonyl chloride. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 3.72 (s, 3H), 6.75 (d, 2H, J=8.8 Hz), 7.19–7.26 (m, 2H), 7.37–7.43 (m, 4H), 7.57 (m, 1H), 7.65 (d, 2H, J=8.8 Hz), 7.96 (s, 1H), 10.09 (s, 1H). MS: m/z 447.9 (M++1).
