Reaction Steps
The solution of (3-{6-Amino-5-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluoro-phenyl)-ethoxy]-pyridin-3-yl}-prop-2-ynyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester in 25% TFA in dichloromethane was stirred for 2 hr, then washed by 2N NaOH, water twice, brine, dried over Na2SO4. After filtration and evaporation, 5-(3-amino-prop-1-ynyl)-3-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluoro-phenyl)-ethoxy]-pyridin-2-ylamine was obtained in 93% yield.
