Procedure
The intermediate prepared from Example 5 that was N-{4-methyl-3-[(4-(3-pyridyl)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino]phenyl}[4-(N-benzylpyrrolidin-3-ylamino)phenyl]-carboxamide was methylated via reductive amination with HCHO/NaBHCN (1.5 eq) and further hydrogenated to remove benzyl protection at 50 psi in EtOH catalized by Pd/C (10%) overnight to give the title compound. Mass: (M+1), 480.
Workup
- customfurther hydrogenated to remove benzyl protection at 50 psi in EtOH
