Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 3 c], (6-hydroxy-indol-1-yl)-acetic acid tert-butyl ester (example 6 b]) was reacted with 2-[2-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-thiazol-4-yl]-ethanol in the presence of triphenylphosphine and di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate to yield (6-{2-[2-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-thiazol-4-yl]-ethoxy]-indol-1-yl)-acetic acid tert-butyl ester as yellow oil.
