Procedure
6′-Bromo-5″-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-3′H-dispiro[cyclohexane-1,2′-indene-1′,2″-imidazole]-4″(3″H)-thione (Example 124 Step 2, 40 mg, 0.09 mmol) was dissolved in ammonia (7 M in MeOH) (2 mL, 14.0 mmol) in a microwave vial. The vial was capped, and heated to 110° C. for 30 min in a microwave reactor. The solution was concentrated, and the residue dissolved in ammonia (7 M in MeOH) (2 mL, 14.0 mmol) and heated to 110° C. in a microwave reactor. This cycle (concentration, addition of ammonia and heating) was repeated until all starting materiel was converted to product (6 times). The reaction mixture was cooled to r.t., concentrated in vacuo and purified by preparative chromatography to give the title compound (8 mg, 21% yield):
