Following the same general procedure as described for 105, reaction of 103f (556 mg, 1.20 mmol) with 106a (300 mg, 1.00 mmol) gave a 20% (101 mg) yield of 106 as a white solid: mp 175-177° C.; 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.07 (s, 1H), 8.01 (d, 1H, J=2.0 Hz), 7.73 (d, 1H, J=7.5 Hz), 7.71 (s, 1H), 7.62 (dd, 1H, J=8.0, 1.0 Hz), 7.52 (d, 1H, J=2.5 Hz), 7.49 (t, 1H, J=7.5 Hz), 7.42 (dd, 1H, J=7.5, 1.0 Hz), 7.36 (dd, 1H, J=7.5, 1.0 Hz), 7.25 (d, 1H, J=2.0 Hz), 6.06 (d, 1H, J=2.0 Hz), 4.94 (s, 2H), 4.89 (t, 1H, J=5.0 Hz), 4.35 (d, 2H, J=5.0 Hz), 3.98 (q, 2H, J=7.5 Hz), 3.58 (s, 3H), 1.37 (s, 9H), 1.31 (t, 3H, J=7.5 Hz); MS (ESI+) m/z 512.3 (M+H).
