Reaction Steps
Compound 14a (5.00 g, 20.7 mmol) was treated with SEMCl using the reaction conditions described in Example 10, Step C to obtain compound 14b as a white solid (6.90 g, 81% yield). Mass Spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.): Calcd. for C13H19BrN4O2Si: 371.0 (M+H). Found 371.1.
