Compound 15a (1.50 g, 3.24 mmol) was subjected to Suzuki coupling conditions with methyl 5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)picolinate using the reaction conditions described in Example 1, Step G to obtain compound 15b as a yellow solid (600 mg, 35% yield). Mass Spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.): Calcd. for C27H24N6O4: 497.2 (M+H). Found 497.2.
