Reaction Steps
Compound 15a (130 mg. 0.29 mmol) was subjected to Suzuki coupling conditions with 2-(4-BOC-piperazin-1-yl)pyridine-5-boronic acid pinacol ester using the methods described in Example 1, Step G to obtain compound 47a. Mass Spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.) Calcd. for C34H38N8O4: 623.2 (M+H). Found 623.3.
