A solution of compound 90h (470 mg, 0.830 mmol) in MeOH (2 mL) and 10% palladium on carbon (300 mg) was placed under a H2 atmosphere using a H2 balloon. The reaction mixture was stirred overnight at 35° C. A solid was removed by filtration. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain compound 90i as a gray solid (465 mg, 99% yield). Mass Spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.): Calcd. for C28H36N6O5: 537.3 (M+H). found: 537.6.
