A solution of 2,6-dichloro-3-(3-methoxy-propyl)-3H-pyrimidin-4-one (400 mg, 1.68 mmol), piperidin-4-yl-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (405 mg, 2 mmol) and DIEA (260 mg, 2.0 mmol) in DMF (20 mL) was stirred at 85° C. for 2 h. The solvent was concentrated, and the residue was purified by silica chromatography to give 500 mg of the title compound (75%). [M+H] Calc'd for C18H29ClN4O4, 400. Found, 400.
