A mixture of {1-[4-chloro-1-(3-hydroxy-propyl)-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyrimidin-2-yl]-piperidin-4-yl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (200 mg, 0.5 mmol), 4-cyano-3-fluorophenyl boric acid (107 mg, 0.65 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (12 mg, 0.01 mmol) and 0.4M Na2CO3 solution (4 mL) in ACN was stirred at 85° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was diluted with water and extracted with EA (3×). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 2 h and the solvent was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica chromatography to give 240 mg of the title product (99%). [M+H] Calc'd for C25H32FN5O4, 485. Found, 485.
