Following the procedures as described in Example 189, 3-(6-fluoropyridin-2-yl)-5-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine and tert-butyl piperidin-4-ylcarbamate were reacted and the product was deprotected to give 174 as a white solid (36.8% over two steps). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 9.03 (d, J=1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.54 (d, J=1.3 Hz, 1H), 8.12 (s, 1H), 7.82 (s, 1H), 7.63 (dd, J=8.4, 7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.41 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 6.86 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 4.37 (d, J=13.1 Hz, 2H), 3.91 (s, 3H), 3.51-3.20 (m, 3H), 3.14-3.04 (m, 2H), 2.96-2.83 (m, 1H), 1.87 (d, J=9.9 Hz, 2H), 1.45-1.27 (m, 2H). LC/MS: m/z 375.1 [M+1]
