Following the procedures in Example 271, 3-(6-fluoropyridin-2-yl)-5-(pyridin-3-yl)-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine and propane-1,3-diamine were reacted and the product was deprotected to give 280 as a yellow solid (20 mg, 31%) over two steps. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 9.30 (s, 1H), 9.22 (s, 1H), 9.03 (s, 1H), 8.60 (s, 1H) 8.43-8.44 (m, 1H), 7.53-7.57 (m, 2H), 7.38-7.40 (m, 1H), 7.03 (s, 1H), 6.53 (d, J=6.4 Hz, 1H), 4.01 (t, J=1.2 Hz, 2H), 2.92 (m, 2H), 2.50 (t, J=1.2 Hz, 2). ESI MS m/z=346 (M+1)
