Procedure
Following the procedures as described in Example 189, 3-(6-fluoropyridin-2-yl)-5-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine and 1-amino-2-methyl-propan-2-ol were reacted. The product was deprotected and purified to give 297 as a white solid (87% over two steps). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 13.62 (broad s, 1H), 9.01 (s, 1H), 8.72 (s, 1H), 8.25 (s, 1H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.47 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.31 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 6.63-6.56 (m, 2H), 4.73 (s, 1H), 3.89 (s, 3H), 3.56 (d, J=5.8 Hz, 2H), 1.25 (s, 6H). LC/MS: m/z 364.2 [M+1]
