Reaction Steps
Compound 65 was prepared from methyl 2-bromo-5-fluoro-3-aminobenzoate and benzyl 3,5-dioxopiperidine-1-carboxylate according to the same procedures similar to those for Compound 62. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 12.1 (s, 1H), 10.2 (s, 1H), 7.40 (dd, 1H, J=1.8, 10.2 Hz), 7.20 (dd, 1H, J=1.8, 10.2 Hz), 5.25 (s, 2H), 4.75 (s, 1H), and 1.32 (s, 6H). MS (ESI) m/e [M+1]+330.
