5-Amino-N-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-2-hydroxybenzamide (364.24 mg, 1 mmol) obtained in Example 31 was dissolved in acetic anhydride (0.09 ., 1 mmol), to which AcOH (3 ml) was added, followed by stirring at room temperature for 3 hours. The mixture was extracted by using ethylacetate. The extract was washed with saturated sodium hydrogen carbonate, and dried over MgSO4. After eliminating ethylacetate, the non-purified compound was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethylacetate:hexane=1:1) to give 340 mg of the target compound (yield: 84%).
