Reaction Steps
A mixture of (S)-((3-(S-methylsulfonimidoyl)propoxy)methyl)benzene nosylate (0.45 g, 1.09 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (0.64 g, 1.96 mmol) in CH3CN (10 mL) was stirred at 46° C. overnight, filtered, concentrated, and purified by chromatography (EtOAc/MeOH) to furnish the title compound (0.25 g, >99% ee).
