Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared by using procedures analogous to those described for the synthesis of Example 52, Step 8 starting from 6-(2,6-difluoro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-iodo-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridine and (6-ethyl-7-oxo-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyridin-3-yl)boronic acid. LCMS (M+H)+=452.1.
