This compound was prepared as a TFA salt by using procedures analogous to those described for the synthesis of Example 1, Step 7 starting from 6-(2,6-dichloro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-iodo-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine and 6-ethyl-3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-5,6-dihydro-7H-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyridin-7-one (Example 55, Step 3). LCMS (M+H)+=485.0/487.0.
