Reaction Steps
11.1 g (41.1 mmol) of 1-t-butoxycarbonyl-N-t-butyl-L-prolinamide were treated with a 4N solution of hydrogen chloride in dioxane in order to remove the t-butoxycarbonyl group and give N-t-butyl-L-prolinamide hydrochloride.
