Following the general procedure of EXAMPLE 452 and making non-critical variations and using (2R,3S)-3-amino-4-(3,5-difluorophenyl)-1-[(3-methoxybenzyl)amino]-2-butanol trifluoroacetate (VIII, EXAMPLE 5) and reacting it with (CH3—O—CH2—CH2—)2N—CO— —CO—OH (IX) where the attachment to the -phenyl- ring is 1,3- for the carbonyl groups, the title compound is obtained, MH+=570.3.
