Reaction Steps

To a solution of 149 (50 mg, 1.0 eq.) in DCM (2 mL) was added phenylisocyanate (29 μL, 3.0 eq.), triethylamine (12 μL, 1 eq.) and DMAP (1 mg). The reaction was stirred for 18 hours at room temperature and then diluted with dichloromethane and washed with 1N HCl and water. The organic layer was then concentrated in vacuo and purified via silica gel chromatography eluting with 15% EtOAc in hexanes to give 150 (10 mg).
