2-[4-(2-Cyano-phenyl)-piperazine-1-carbonyl]-4-[5-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-tetrazol-2-yl]-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (0.184 g, 0.33 mmol) was added to CF3COOH (0.22 g, 1.95 mmol), and the reaction mixture was stirred for 5 h. After removal of CF3COOH, the residue was dissolved in DCM, washed with sat. NaHCO3, brine, dried and concentrated to give title product as yellow oil (0.136 g, 0.29 mmol). MS m/e=465.2 [M+H]+.
