Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-chloro-9-methoxy-6,7-dihydro-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one (4) and 2-bromo-aniline as in Example 1 d. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 9.06 (br, 1H), 7.76 (br, 1H), 7.69 (2H), 7.41 (t, 1H), 7.16 (t, 1H), 7.05-6.95 (2H), 6.47 (br, 1H), 3.96 (t, 2H), 3.84 (s, 3H) and 2.96 (t, 2H); MS (ESI) (M+H)+ 398, 400.
