The title compound was prepared from 2-chloro-9-methoxy-6,7-dihydro-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one (4) and 2-trifluoromethyl-aniline as in Example 1 d. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 9.10 (br, 1H), 7.90-7.35 (5H), 6.98 (2H), 6.42 (br, 1H), 3.94 (brt, 2H), 3.83 (s, 3H) and 2.95 (t, 2H); MS (ESI) (M+H)+ 388.
