The title compound was prepared from 2-chloro-9-methoxy-6,7-dihydro-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one (4) and 3-nitro-aniline as in Example 1 d. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 10.10 (s, 1H), 8.87 (s, 1H), 8.13 (d, 1H), 7.88 (m, 1H), 7.73 (d, 1H), 7.63 (t, 1H), 7.02 (m, 2H), 6.38 (s, 1H), 4.01 (t, 2H), 3.85 (s, 3H) and 2.99 (t, 2H); MS (ESI) (M+H)+ 365.
